I use these ice packs to help with my leg and back pain. The biggest problem is that it is difficult to find a flat surface in my freezer that is big enough for them.

Not even 1 week old and a seam released brown gross gel all over me and my chair. I was using on my back. Not sitting on it. I have had another similar gel pack by another company for over 20 years. Never an issue.
