I have been trying different weight loss products before and none of them really worked for me. I really wanted to lose weight. I heard about Natures Blossom garcinia cambogia and did some research, after hearing how it worked for others I decided to give it a try. I've been using Natures Blossom for a few days now and its been great. I can already feel that that my appetite is suppressed and i don't feel like eating as much as I used to. I also feel like i started losing some weight. Clothes feel a little looser and I feel better. These pills are different from the other ones that I have been taking. I will say that this did help to surpass my appetite for awhile but I did not lose any weight (Yes I know exercise and a healthy diet are essential). Also, I wasn't looking for a miracle pill but it would have been nice to have at least seen something. Overall, I would not purchase this again.

Those who rate this poorly must treat it as a miracle diet pill that will shrink them in half a month or something.I'm only about 30 pounds overweight, but my problem is that I eat WAY too much. I snack all day and eat huge meals. I've been using this product for 3 and a half weeks and have lost 6 pounds already. I take two pills 30 minutes before lunch and dinner with 8oz of water. I am MUCH better about not over-eating as this slows my hunger. Therefore, I have cut my calorie count from probably 3000 a day down to maybe 1600. I do not exercise any more than before taking these; however, I did go off sodas.In my opinion, it's a winner for those who over-eat.
