My hair was a dark blonde I wanted it a bit lighter it's gone ginger used it twice the second time never touched it worse bleach I have ever bought and I have been dying my hair for 45 years

i ordered this as i forgot some from the wholesalers this will be going in the bin in all my yrs in hairdressing(28 yrs) this product is shocking doesn’t lift and leaves yellow tone and don’t cover GOING IN THE BIN
