Like nothing I've ever tried...
and never will again. Musty scent with a hint of what a friend confirmed as "like old fashion pencil shavings". The flavor was mild, and much like the scent.The texture had a grittiness that could even be HEARD when stirring into cookie dough, oatmeal, etc. Once the cinnamon was mixed in, the sound of the spoon against the bowl was as if sand had been added. You can feel it between your teeth.Notice the use of past tense. The unusual brown gritty stuff is flavoring the local landfill.Oh, and 2 stars instead of 1? Well, it was cheap.

Ultrafine sweet Ceylon cinnamon sprinkle recipe
Seller was helpful, I wanted my powder Ceylon cinnamon to be totally non gritty. I researched. Grind it with sugar to make finer. Used my grinder attachment with my Cuisinart Cordless Smart Stick. Wore a mask (we all have them) not to inhale the superfine result, ground about a cup of cinnamon powder + a handful of Demerara sugar cubes about 20 seconds several times until all was light as air. Tasted a bit, stored in a slide zip baggie, got out a pint of Sea Salt Caramel ice cream, topped it with my sweet Cinnamon ultrafine (AMAZON WAS SOURCE FOR EVERYTHING I USED, except the ice cream). Amazing!! Taste and scent increased exponentially.

not what I expected for Ceylon Cinnamon
we have purchased other Ceylon Cinnamon before and this is nothing like the others. No real smell or taste like we are used to. I would not buy again. I would have returned it but no returns are allowed on this item

i received a broken package
I received 3 of these and one of the packages had broken open at the seems. The item is under the no return items so i am out one package of this.

SCAM—This is not real Ceylon cinnamon and not sure it’s even cinnamon!
Package was delivered damaged and product tasted like dirt. However, seller doesn’t take back returns. What a SCAM!!
