I love this thing. It's super-comfortable, well worth the money, and no, this is not spam. :D My only complaint is that is was made in China. Really, guys? Don't we make memory foam and velour covers in the US any more? If I'd known that, I might have gone with an American-made product. I guess that's a small complaint, considering as much use as I am getting out of it and how comfortable it is. It wicks away sweat, doesn't feel rough at all, and is really supportive of especially the trade of spine and skull. It helps almost as much as does a good muscle relaxant, and in combination, works wonderfully. Would I buy it again? Hard saying--I'd look for something American-made first. But for quality, this is hard to top.******UPDATE as of 7/4/16: the NeckSnug is holding up very well! Because of neck issues, I wear it almost any time I am in a high-backed chair or a recliner. It's also perfect for sleeping and keeping my head up (to avoid sleep apnea), so I probably wear it 18 hours a day. It still holds its shape and is great in the winter instead of a scarf! The cover has a little seam tear in the inner ring, but what's to expect when you wear it so much? All I need to do is sew for about 15 minutes and it's done. I'm betting this will last years. Still sorry that it is made in China, but it 4seems to reflect the owners' high expectations. A steal at its price!

I bought this for quick naps between class, or on break at work. (Super busy schedule) And it's quite nice for that! Fairly firm, but soft enough to sink into *juuust right. It sits comfortably high on the jaw, so no slumping in your sleep that leads to an overly stretched neck pain. Which is exactly what I wanted out of a neck pillow. The material is nice and silky too, adding a comfortable means to readjust simply by rolling the chin or neck. No hands necessary.It also comes with the sleep mask, which I love!! It's thick, and has convex shapes over the eyes, so there's no pressure against your eyeballs. And has velcro for adjusting, but doesn't slip or separate, even with rolling around in bed. I would buy 2 more of those on their own! These items are getting lots of quality mileage out of me, for sure. Would definitely recommend if those specifics work for you as they do for me.

We bought this because we were taking a 24 hour road trip with plans to drive straight through. The idea was one adult would drive while the other slept and switch off frequently. In order to do this we needed a way to stabilize our heads and block out the lights. We found this gem on Amazon and decided to give it a shot.I will say the neck pillow is bulkier than other ones on the market. This is both good and bad. You have to fidget with it to get comfortable, and I found that almost sinking into it worked best but because of the bulkiness and the memory foam it does provide a lot of cushion. The material is a microfiber and I was at first afraid it would get warm and be uncomfortable but the temperature remained decent.The sleep mask was great and really helped to block out the lights from oncoming cars and even daylight. Neither of us used the earplugs. The whole thing came in a nice carrying case which allowed us to keep everything together in our over-packed car and easily access our sleep gear when needed.If you plan to take a trip this is a good option that would work well in cars, planes and trains.

I've bought many of these travel neck pillows over the years, and this is the best one I've gotten for ease of use and transport. Unlike many others, this pillow actually squishes down easily and fits back in the bag. It is comfortable and supportive. The extra sleep mask was a pleasant surprise, it is substantially constructed, truly contoured and blocks out light. I used the pillow and mask to sleep all the way back on a flight from Japan.

Look, I should start off this review by saying, I'm not a travel pillow kinda guy. I recently traveled to Iceland on some of the most uncomfortable seats of my life, and 4 of the 6 of us that went, came with a travel pillow like this one. I however, did not. Did I suffer for it? Well I believed I did enough that when a trip to Oslo came up for me the following week, I bought this puppy thinking: Ha! I'll sleep my whole first leg to Paris! Did that work? Not really.IMO it's hard to tell if it's the pillow or the ungodly airplane seats, but I can definitely tell you, as 'cozy" as this pillow might seem, it produces a lot of heat between itself and your neck to the point when I was definitely sweating, even with AC on full blast. Now those with bulky over ear headphones might complain you can't use both, but I used my airpods to great effect (as well as ear buds) and that posed no problem for me. I do wish that with its memory foam core, it would shrink down just a bit more because it took up a LARGE amount of space in my bag, but as my buddy Steven Wright is fond of saying: "You can't have everything, where would you put it?"In the end, you may have to judge for yourself. Pillow is relatively comfy, that may just not be enough to sleep on a plane for me.

Very comfortable. Easily packs into the bag provided . Very convenient for traveling.
