Refine Me! - 50 ml - Face mask strengthens and strengthens the complexion. Refines large pores.

I usually prefer a peel-off mask but was prepared to give this a go, as i'm getting older (48 now) i find my pores are much more noticeable so thought why not give it a try.The mask arrived in a slightly worn looking tube (50ml) in size.On inspecting the ingredients the first thing that jumped out was the fact it is not tested on animals so that sits well with me. The ingredients are many so i have taken a pic for you to see for yourself, i hope this helps.I slathered it on , just enough to let it sit without sinking in too quickly, which it did still do in under 5 minutes, there are no instructions as to time limit to leave it on but i went for 15 minutes and was sat in front of a fan when i applied so this may have had some effect on drying time, and also the fact i didn't experience any tingling or hot sensation like some other reviewers said they did, although that is natural with some masks anyway.I have taken pics to show consistency, the condition of the tubs and also the ingredients.After the fifteen minutes i used tepid water to rinse it off, which wasn't easy, it is very greasy and it took a lot of rinses and eventually using a flannel to remove it. My skin did look a little fresher and calmer and felt softer but i didn't notice any difference in pore size. It could be that i didn't leave it long enough, it could be that it's only a first use. My skin does look a little better than before use so i will persevere and give it a few more goes. If there is any real noticeable change i will update my review to say so.Full instructions would get this product 5 stars.This mask arrived well packaged and quickly. I hope this review helps.

Instructions are in German, fortunately I can remember enough of my school German from over three decades ago to get an understanding. It describes itself as a 'mask' but the consistency of this is exactly like a moisturiser and nothing like a mask, or a wash of any kind for that matter. The instructions state after application to "einziehen lassen" (presumably "allow to absorb" - literally "allow to draw in") and there the instructions finish, nothing about washing off. Unlike a moisturiser it doesn't actually absorb, so you have to wash it off anyway.(I have another mask in this series of products, which does have the consistency of a mask, which also instructs to "einziehen lassen" - curious terminology for a mask - but which unlike this then goes on to say to wash it off.)Although it cleans and softens skin well, I'm in the end perplexed as to what exactly this product is supposed to be. Other reviewers here have been hampered by the instructions being in German, but even knowing some German doesn't appear to help!

Absolutely no idea how to use the face mask as the instructions were all in a different language. I just applied it like a regular mask and left it for 5 minutes and washed off to be safe, as I wasn’t sure how harsh it would be and lack of instructions. It was quite an unusual face mask, like others I think the texture is more like a moisturiser or face wash. I can’t say I noticed any improvements in my skin appearance either which is a tad disappointing, perhaps I wasn’t using the mask correctly- even if they supplied English instructions on a printout, it would be extremely helpful! Product wasn’t for me unfortunately, however others seem to have had good results with it so don’t let me put you off!

I was put off by the instructions being in German and not being able to understand what I was actually meant to do or how I was meant to apply it, with a lot of confusing in the reviews for this product. After some translation. checking the reviews and some pot luck, I used this face mask, leaving it on for 15 minutes (as that seemed to be getting the best results), and then washing off.Although after a few uses it seemed to make my skin seem a little softer, but not enough to have gone through the hassle of having to translate the instructions, especially when this already costs £13.84 for a small bottle and doesn't come in a box.

The product has a creamy texture, white colour, 50 ml.I left it on 15 min on my face (it didn't have instruction haw much to leave it).After that, I wiping off, my face was soft. I am not sore about scratching feeling on the cheeks.For 14£ -50ml cream, it doesn't smell at anything, it is abet to match for me. Instructions will be needed for me to know more haw to use this product.Unfortunately is not for my type of skin(sensitive)

It has a creamy texture with a bit flowery scent. Unfortunately, there is not much English there besides telling me the main ingredients earth marine water and meadowfoam seed oil.. I would appreciate it if you tell the customer how long it needs to be left on … I guess it is like a wash off in 5 minutes or something. But as a non-German speaker, this is really some key information we need.The mask is only 50ml pretty tiny. For the price of £14 I would really look forward to something with better instructions

In my experience a product which want to be Sussed in many country and to make a lot of sales should have great quality, nice packaging, being presentable for at least few languages instructions or at least some basic information on English as international language. So in this product non exist ! Very disappointing and very pricey I don’t think is worth it at all

The packaging is very simple, no unnecessary extras but the instructions are all in German. It looks and feels far more like a moisturiser than a face mask but it goes on smoothly, absorbs into the skin which you then wash off so to me felt like I was washing my face with moisturiser rather than applying a face mask but my skin did feel a little smoother just as it does with a good moisturiser.
