Nutro Wholesome Essentials Adult Dry Cat Food, Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe, 3 lbs.

After much research, I have been feeding my cats Nutro for almost 15 years. No grain, natural ingredients, no GMO. Before switching away from "grocery store brands" my cats had many more health problems from thyroid to diabetes and more in between. Since feeding only Nutro, my cats have been much healthier, their coats are nicer with less shedding, they seem more satisfied, they actually eat less of this than the cheaper stuff. In all the time I have known about Nutro, they have not changed the recipe and the quality remains constant. Highly recommend! Currently, one of my fur babies is a 19 year old cat who has been on Nutro since I adopted him 10 years ago. 19, y'all!!

I have an older cat that would throw her food up all the time after she ate. I was giving her Purina gentle originally. It never failed she would throw it up after she ate. I tried swirls next- nope threw it up. I tried a few other brands. Nope. So I did some reading on here from other pet owners with the same issue.I bought a sensitive stomach Science diet and it worked okay but she did not seem crazy about it. I wanted to try this brand and she loves it. No throwing up. She still is hungry after she eats(she wants can food all the time- she may be spoiled)but no throw-ups. I will have to take her to the vet. I think she may have a thyroid issue she never seems to gain weight. This product does the job though- she really does like it.

My cat was puking up no matter what dry food, all the name brand ones included. Gave her the first bowl of this, no throw up. I gave her two more, and not a bit of trouble. I'm now on auto delivery as she finished the first back and still remaining healthy. I love this product!

My cat Artemis is about four years old, and she started having stomach problems where she would throw up her food no matter what. It started while she was eating pro plan dry food which she had been on for the past two years, and it was also the kind the shelter fed her. She was only able to eat wet food but it made my other cat Charles get really bad diarrhea, it was expensive, and made my cats fart a lot. Ever since I started using this Artemis doesn't throw up anymore, and Charles doesn't have bad poops. I also put fish oil on top of their food and the combination makes them a lot softer, and they seem to really like the food. In fact, whenever I get a new bag of the food Charles will try to bite a hole in it and eat out of the bag (even though they already have the food in their bowls. Ingredient quality I have to take nutro's word but it all sounds good. Flavor and freshness I can't say as i haven't tried it but the cats like it so, I assume it's fresh and the flavor is good. my cats love the adult chicken and they also like, but not quite as well, the salmon and sensitive stomach. the senior and hairball control they refuse to eat.

I like the brand and the ingredients in this cat food. I have relied on the brand Nutro for years feeding all my cats. Wholesome Essentials supplies all her daily needs without fillers or added strange ingredients. Best of all she loves it!

Nutro is the only food we feed our 5 cats. When we foster, we only feed Nutro Kitten. All of our cats have beautiful coats, minimal shedding, very little to no dander, and are very healthy. Litter box odor is minimal, too. No one believes we have 5 cats as we don't have any odor in the house from them. It is 100% worth the cost as it's a great value. As a high quality food, they eat less than if they were feed low value / low quality food. Our cats don't throw up and have very few hairballs (less shedding, less hairballs).
