I purchased this so I have a gun for moly grease and one for standard grease. My old one is the regular style that requires one hand to hold it and one to pump. The pistol grip style of this gun makes operation far easier and leaves a hand free to perform other tasks. I’m considering ordering another to replace my old one just because it’s so much easier and more convenient.

Not being familiar with this type of grease gun, I went straight to the instructions. They are very good. I was greasing up my bearings in no time. It is durable, comes with all the necessary attachments, and is now cleaned up and waiting for the next grease job. I like this product.

I bought this last year and just now used it. I really wish I knew that it would not release from fittings, I have ripped out two grease fittings trying to release this from my mower wheels. Sad that I cannot return it because I just now used it 7 months after purchase.

First, I disposed of a 43 year old lever pump grease gun I bought new at Checker Auto in 1980. It had to have been cheap because I had no money back then, but I did have a truck that needed maintaining. That gun looked horrible and had a short hose that had lost its outer protective sheath, but it still WORKED! I ordered a grease gun on Amazon that started with a "B" and ended with a "X" and it was defective - never primed at all. I returned it and the company refunded me $10 for the tube of lube I wasted in it. So, I ordered this UTOOL gun and it took me about five minutes to set everything up and have it working. Now will it last 43 years? I don't know, but I do know I won't last another 20 years, and that is if I'm lucky! I wanted a pistol acton pump instead of the old lever type thinking that it makes more sense when you are crawled under an old truck. This has a nice heft to it and I like the black and yellow color. I'll see how it performs under the truck.

grease gun works great. i appreciate the rubber grip on tube and grips. Amsoil Multipurpose RED grease canister fit perfect. The bad: the t loading handle kept slipping and disengaging from the release tab itself. i used my feet and knees to keep the T handle locked to prevent launching my new expensive name brand grease in my face while i screwed in the pistol part. undecided if i’ll buy another one after i empty this tube of AMSOIL grease.
