WeruvaClassic Dog Food, Variety Pack, Chicken Free, Just 4 Me, Wet Dog Food, 14oz Cans (Pack of 12)

I have three medium-sized, adult dogs. I had been feeding them premium kibble with a different brand of premium wet food as a topper. They ate it, but sometimes left some food in their bowls. Weruva was recommended to me, and I’m so happy I tried it. My dogs go wild for it. I’ve purchased Paw Lickin Chicken, Wok the Dog, Steak Frites, Jammin Salmon, and Funky Chunky. They love all the flavors. They all are good quality and contain ample amounts of protein. My only note is sometimes there is variation in the amount of chicken in Paw Lickin Chicken between cans. Ie some cans have more chicken and some have more gravy. But it evens out overall. I divide one can per meal between the three dogs and add it with their kibble. Meal time has become a hilarious period of wild excitement every morning and evening. My dogs yelp and shriek with delight and leap into the air when the can is opened. One of my dogs jumps up and pats me on the back with paws. Another one stands on hind legs and wags tail so his whole body wriggles. I have to feed them in separate rooms or else they will snarf down their food and then try to steal the other dogs’ meals. My neighbor asked me recently if my dogs are “okay” because he heard the excited yelps and barks. I explained: “My dogs like their food too much!” I am grateful to have found this food, and have come to the realization I can never change it because the dogs won’t let me. In the past I have made plain steamed chicken breast and scrambled eggs for my dogs as toppers and I honestly think they like the Weruva food more than those. I would recommend feeding with kibble or other sources of fiber since the cans don’t have high fiber content.

This is quality food. It’s smells nice, has visible pieces of identifiable components, and the dog likes it.Shipping was fast and the case I received had a better (further out) expiration date than my local pet store (which is, sadly, about 50% more expensive… if they even have this food in stock).

The names are so cute and show that they’re not just a bunch of mush and it actually looks like real food because it is. . The foods actually are recognizable and my dogs like it even my picky eater mostly just likes the tuna and chicken the most. I like that you can get completely chicken free products because I have one dog with chicken allergies HOWEVER I wish there there Some choices with grains like barley. Because I feel my dogs need healthy grains in their diet. They can get that through dry food but like the wet food better.

My dogs have been eating this chicken for years. They love it. Recently the tops don't come off of the cans. The ring won't pull back and it breaks off. It's tough using a can opener by hand. I'll have to buy an electric can opener since this is happening a lot! Very frustrating. Tried to contact the seller but there isn't a place for it. PLEASE get these fixed.

We are continuing to shop for dog food topper that even comes close to this brand (Weruva Chicken Free variety case), it’s hard to justify paying this much each month. While we haven’t found a wet food this nutritious and naturally as flavorful, we are looking to cut back on this and use with another good quality wet food to blend into their dinner each day. Haven’t found it yet.Our dogs have tried all the ones advertised on Instagram…this one they don’t just like, they love it. The mackerel in aspic is actually like something I would spread on a cracker, I can understand why I pay so much - I just can’t do it for much longer.

Our bird dog has a poultry allergy so we were glad to find chicken free dog food that is also a good quality brand. All of our dogs go crazy for this food when we open a can. They aren't as excited if I open a regular grocery store brand. They have different varieties and they have choices with chicken as well.

We have a five year old Black German Shepherd who, unfortunately, has shown signs of a chicken/poultry allergy. This product has no chicken and the variety is very nice. The Shepherd loves it so much, that we have also started our hound mix on it as well. You can order individual cases or conveniently sign up for a subscription and choose the quantity and length of time between shipments. Both dogs are keen on this product and they are happier and healthier than ever.

My dogs are picky eaters, but they absolutely LOVE this food! It also smells and looks a lot more attractive compared with many other canned dog foods. Since my dogs are on a diet, I noticed another great bonus of this food: the number of calories per can is substantially less vs other canned dog foods of the same volume that I feed my dogs (270 kcal vs 400+ kcal). So that is a great bonus for us right now as well. Overall, I highly recommend this food. It costs a bit more vs other canned dog foods, but it is wort it. I will be reordering.EDIT. After a few more months, my dogs and I still are in love with his food. We tried many flavors and my dogs devour them all. Also, one of my dogs lost 30% of her starting body weight and another one lost about 15%, and they are now almost in the normal weight range! This food is more expensive but definitely worth it!

Well, my dogs like this, and it does like like identifiable food. However, when I hoped the pack, several cans right in the middle were bashed in. How does that happen only to interior cans. I really felt that someone was trying to take advantage of me. Caveat Emptor!

Both of my cats won't go anywhere near this bland chicken water mess they're passing off as 'cat food'. They don't accept returns either so I'm stuck with 11 unusable, useless cans of this stuff. Do not buy it.
