Little disappointing, as I was expecting much more from this book. The way it was described as was more than what it delivered. It does not specify all the things just gives you a general idea of what to eat. What not to eat I wish they would’ve given a little more details. Disappointed in recipes to the group done so much better but it’s an OK book I gave it a three star.

Love the common sense approach of this book. Foods to avoid & foods to enjoy are easily found. Simply written. Explainations as to why to eat certain foods, and why to not eat certain foods. Simple recipes. Makes the journey to better health reasonable & attainable. I followed the 2 week cleanse as described. Happy with health benefits.

This is a shorter overview of Candida overgrowth causes & treatments. Includes a few interesting recipes as well. If you're looking for a scientific, in depth study this probably isn't for you. That said, if you just need enough info to get you pointed in the right direction without spending alot of time this is pretty good. However, Repetitive-ness & just plain typos are a turnoff.
