No, this would not be a suitable product for that. It is a sealant, not an adhesive.

Not sure where in an outdoor gutter you want to use it. But it does work outside.

I have not tried it, but i would think so.......very good stuff. I have sealed a shower and filled a hole in an outside door.

Q: How do I remove the seal at the top of the cartridge?

It's explained on tge side of the tube. You cut through the seal it has several rigers set at an angle, select with gap you require and cut through with a sharp knife or scissors. One thing it's not easy to get the sealant out, you have to press the base of the tube. They could have made it easier. It does work, but you may may wish look for an alternative up to you.
