I have a collapsing spine and need full coverage all the way to my tailbone, this one does the trick and it’s more comfortable than most that I have tried. My only complaint is that it digs into my arms and can become uncomfortable after wearing for awhile. But to be fair, out of every back brace I have ever tried, they all pretty much do that after wearing for awhile.

Unfortunately this did not work for me and I returned it. Getting it on is awkward and it did not give me the back support it says it will. The straps also cut into your shoulders as others have stated.

I am going to be using this product under my work clothes. It fits nice I ordered an extra large I'm normally a large but I have gained some weight. So it is a true extra large. It does feel weird around the shoulders it's not very comfortable under near my armpits but I do like it it does remind me to keep my posture straight I can't tell if it is assisting me or not. It is keeping my core tighter so probably my back and shoulders too... I don't know if it will help me lose weight in the waist training aspect but it is thick so I'm sure if I were to run with it there would be thermal action. I am happy with my purchase.Giving it a 3 because of the lack of comfort of the straps.

The brace was nice. Im 5/3 160. I usually wear a large. I got a medium in the brace. It fits, but I would like it to be tighter in the stomach area. I feel like maybe I should have gotten a small for the waist trainer area. It does help with my upper back and shoulder area. I’m not sure if a small would have been too tight around the neck and shoulder part. I didn’t do the measurements. I took a guess. Do the measurements for precise measurement to get the correct size. The shoulder area was comfortable I didn’t experience chaffing. I wore it all day around the house first to see if I liked it. And to see how comfortable it was for my back and shoulder. I did feel like it helped me a lot. I noticed a difference in how my back felt when I took it off after a couple hours. I didn’t have the same discomfort in my back and shoulders. Overall I did feel like the product work. I got this product specifically to help my back and shoulder pain. The waist trainer part was an added bonus. I like waist trainers, but I would like this one to be tighter in the waist.

I was considering whether I would wear a heavier built brace and decided to get one of these to see if I even could stand something similar, and reasoned if I do like it, I can wear it under clothes. It works very well although I'm sure not as supportive as a heavier version, it is great as a trainer working up to that and also very comfy so can be worn for long periods of time. It helps with back pain and a good bit with posture. I ordered the size according to the chart and it fits okay but if I order another I am going a size smaller just for the extra pressure on shoulders and waste although it likely won't be as comfy to be worn as long at a time. I might order another as well as I may order a heavier more adjustable version of a back brace. I am glad I got it. It has helped already, is well made and a good value for the price. My only complaint is the shoulders aren't adjustable and they could be a little bit tighter for me but overall it is a good purchase. I think especially if you have never worn a brace like this before it is a great way to test it out and get used to retraining your muscles.

Updated: Being handy with a needle and thread, I released the front straps and repositioned them to the first rib (from the back) and the fit is MUCH better. It does not rub the underarm skin raw and it pulls the shoulders back into a much more natural straight position (WHICH IS WHAT I NEED). Shame I have to do this myself but whomever designed this top was on to something good and would have a best seller if the straps were NOT looped under the arms to meet in the back.Absolutely love this purchase. The pressure on the lower back (for support) is instant and incredible. The shoulder straps are slightly padded and add comfort BUT the material cuts HARD into the underarms and the sizing is all wrong. I am 5'5" and weigh 142 and ordered a M (based on my normal clothing size). I feel the compression could be and should be tighter so if I order another, I will order a S. Otherwise, love this piece!!!! The reason for the 2 stars is because having just bought a brand new item, I should not have to alter it to actually fit better

This item is just as described. I had 2 spine surgeries and this really keeps me back straight, however I ordered the wrong size. A 3x is too loose and not snug enough. I have to reorder a smaller size.Bit other than that. It's a great product

I got mine today 1/19/22. I also seen something similar on fsa.com but due to shipping i ordered it from amazon. Not sure if same maker but ill try FSA.com for a similar product. I am 129lbs, 5'7". i do not have a slim waist but it aint pudgy either...but its runs big for sure. If you are going to wear this, wear it over a shirt the straps are very uncomfortable. my back straps are loose. The tummy support is loose as well...it is good quality. I would probably order this if i felt support and I would buy a XS. I feel no support i just remember to correct my posture because the straps are rubbing. If the straps were a softer material and with some type of adjustment to make it tighter I would of gave 5 stars. I suffer from lower back pains from having my son 3 yrs ago. I also am very active with him around the house and i work at a desk all day from home. Even sitting at my desk the straps are right by the armpit area isnt a good feeling.

Solo que al ser de estatura baja el tirante superior un poco flojo pero bien.

A mi mama le quedo algo grande pero se veia de buena calidad.

se amolda a tu cuerpo y eso hace que no cumpla su función
