We bought this to train my small dog to jump through hoops. The adjustable size makes it perfect for the task. Start out with a bigger hoop and make it smaller as the dog learns. For my purposes - this is a 5-star product.The reason it's only getting four stars is that it's not great to use as an actual hula hoop. It's hard to keep it spinning because it doesn't have the "sand" (or whatever it is) that you have in a traditional hoop. That "sand" keeps the momentum going and keeps your hoop spinning. Without it - you don't get many rotations before it falls.Again - great for training your dog!

and it does the job until it falls apart lol I had to glue the pieces together just to be able to use it. It's easily bendable. I only had it for a week. The 1st day it was bent
