They do the job.
I have many of these. They do what they’ve supposed to do but hurt my feet a little. I like the ones they have that are nude color and the silicone is much softer. But I have severe Neuropathy, so I’m picky. They are also better for little feet.

super comfy
Super comfy. Product works ok, moves a bit so only works with a shoe on. I needed something more stable, non moveable, so item was returned. Quality is great

Not helpful
While I did get some relief from the one hammertoe the gel design made my entire foot uncomfortable as well as throwing my gait off when walking. That resulted in my other foot feeling like I sprained my ankle. Once I put the pad on that foot the ankle issue resolved but I now had 2 feet that were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend them. I was actually hoping they would help my foot because my mother has severe hammertoes and I was hoping they could help her too.

Helps with hammer toe
Worked great with hammer toe but caused the knuckle of my toe to rub against my shoe. So I had to buy a wider shoe. Worked alot better

SO much softer than those from the Dr.
My podiatrist provided me with a similar ribbed fabric product which rubbed my foot raw by the end of the day. Conversely, I forget I have these on. Obviously, it's the silicone!

Too flimsy
The band across the top of the toe needs to be wider, it is too flimsy and does not really do anything.

Comfortable. Skin safe.
These have not made a mark on my toe where the strap is. The one the podiatrist provided with an elastic band rubbed my skin, leaving a red mark for over a week. I only wore dr one for a day.I've worn the silicone one for several weeks. I can tell it’s helping straighten my toes.

Good
I've only had them since yesterday but they seem to make a difference on the toe that overlaps and also hammertoe.They are comfortable to wear. I recommend them especially considering the price. If you don't like them, you won't have wasted much money.
