A simple way to make your own chilli oil
Whenever we go out to eat pizza / pasta, I always like to add chilli oil to my food and I have wanted to make my own to use at home for quite a while. I have a couple of other SILBERTHAL products - most recently a wine cooler - so I know that they're always well-designed, well-made and high quality products. I check their page every few weeks, to see what else they have available, and this was waiting there for me! :-) It arrived quickly, in a high-quality box (as usual), and it was easy to get started. I part-filled the jar with olive oil and then added some home-grown chillies to the infusion tube that sits within the jar. I had cut them in half to allow the seeds to infuse the oil and left them over the Christmas holidays to work their magic. I tried it for the first time, last week, and it had a nice little kick to it - which should hopefully increase over time.

Designen är vacker. Det integrerade filtret för örter är också mycket praktiskt.Tyvärr stängs inte locket ordentligt. Det kommer alltid ut olja vid hällning, från skruvlocket mellan glasbehållaren och locket.Ett mekaniskt fel kan inte identifieras. Jag antar att tätningen inte är lämplig.För mig leder det till en nedgradering till 3 stjärnor.

Schöne Idee
Die Flasche ist solide verabeitet. Man kann sie wirklich in die spühlmaschiene tun ohne das sie kaputt geht. Der Aus Guss Stöpsel sollte man nicht hinein tun ,da es verloren geht. Auch zum verschenken ist es sehr zum empfehlen .

No gotea, no tiene perdidas y no se mancha
Es un producto que merece la pena, lo compré porque estaba cansado de los recipientes de plástico típicos que se sale el aceite por la rosca o se sale alguna gota cuando estás terminando de echarte aceite y se mancha.Es una aceitera grande, evidente si analizas que cabe medio litro de aceite. Es bonita, sencilla, pesa un poco pero te acostumbras rápido, fácil de limpiar excepto el recipiente donde pones las especias para aromatizar el aceite, que no se puede limpiar por dentro con el estropajo normal.Lleva "recetas" de especias para aromatizar pero no están en español, en inglés y otro idioma. Yo he probado la de ajos y se nota, el aceite se impregna del aroma. Recomiendo seguir la receta porque cuando eché el aceite que recomendaba (400 ml) y luego metí el recipiente de aromatizar con los ajos, subió la medida y si echas más, se te puede salir de la aceitera.La verdad que muy contento, lo recomiendo si quieres un producto de calidad, duradero y limpio.
