Perfect fit, it took about 20 minutes to open the laptop and replace the battery with the new. I ran full battery tests on it and it is running like new!

Though it showed itself as the ME03 model, it saved my mom's laptop. However, it has a life of 3hrs per charge.

Great drop-in replacement for an HP Stream 11 laptop, model 11-d001dx. As far as I can tell, the ME03XL and ME03 batteries are different part numbers for the exact same battery. The one that came out of my laptop was marked ME03XL and this one is marked ME03 (I think).The only reason I knocked off a star was because the battery lead was a little on the long side, had to smush it down to the side to get everything to fit to button the laptop back up. Guessing the same battery is also used for some 13" laptops and those versions need the longer lead. Really this is minor, more like 4.5/5 stars, I would buy this again.Capacity is very impressive - my Stream has Debian installed so I don't know how battery life compares for the stock battery running Windows (usually it's worse under linux), but I can get hours and hours of usage on a single charge. Beware though - these laptops don't have backup batteries for the BIOS, so removing the main battery or even running it empty will reset the BIOS to defaults! A really disappointing choice on HP's part, but I guess most consumers in the $150 laptop price bracket don't care about this sort of thing lol.Be sure to run at least one full charge/discharge cycle after installation, and then periodically after that, otherwise the battery will die an early death.

Purchased this battery for a HP Stream 11. Installed and recognized. Amazon listing shows 37Wh capacity. As can be seen in the screenshot, this battery only has 25Wh capacity. Part number on package is ME03. Don't fall for this BS. This is the second battery I've purchased that states it is an XL and turns out to to be a standard battery.

This battery was a quick and relatively easy way to give new life to my little hp stream 11 laptop. Battery life is great now.
