Buy these. They are awesome.
Out of all of the .177 pellets that I have tried, these are BY FAR the best, most consistent and most accurate pellets that I have ever used. H&N is far superior to Gamo or Crosman and for the money, well worth it. H&N Barracuda Extreme 9.57 grain pellets are the next best, but I make the Silver Points my first choice. They are precision made, great aerodynamic qualities at 800 fps, easily hitting almost 100% 8" target with a 1" group at 125' just about every shot. The superior added weight, plus the expanded "Crush Zone" on the pellet makes its impact noticeably more severe and the pointed front end allows the pellet to keep a steady track right to the target. When this thing hits something hard, it flattens out like a circular saw blade. Completely flat and jagged around the edges. I would hate to be a varmint on the receiving end of one of these! I usually use a metal background behind my "Splat" targets. All you hear when you shoot at 125-135 feet is "Clank!". I use a Bear River 900 Sportsman multi-pump .177 air rifle. For $60, you won't find a better rifle to use these pellets with. Add a Weaver Style rail adapter and red dot scope and you can actually hit a 1" spot directly at 30-40 yards. They are a match made for each other. Thanks H&N.

Burns a hole in my targets.
OK then. The can arrived dented. The lid came right off after I pealed off the seal tape. The pellets were in perfect condition. You get 500 in a can for less than price of 150 Gamo pellets, which is cool. They are crazy accurate and make a loud clank when they hit the back of the trap I shot 4 squirrels with Gamo Redfire pellets, but when I use the flat target pels, it just pisses them off. I wanted to try a different brand than the Gamo and Crossman stuff available locally. I had never heard of H&N until I saw them used in a YouTube video. These pellets are awesome in my Gamo break action.

Hit like a freight train
Could be a great pellet when the price is under 12 USD for 500.One of the few 177 caliber pellets to easily pass through both sides of a thick walled can (Kroger Organic Sliced Pineapple can), had copper coated 10.65 grain H&N and Stoeger branded pellets that also punched through the cans... but those copper coated cost 2 to 3 times the price of these Silver Point pellets. All other "regular lead" and "lead alloy blend" pellets of various weights (6 to 11 grains) and shapes would barely dent the cans. It's not from my Nitro piston rifle shooting low FPE... it easily tosses 8 grain pellets well over 1100 FPS on a cold winters day.Accuracy seems dead on, didn't even have to adjust the scope from the 10.65 coppers I normally shoot, and I was easily destroying cans at 20 yards while standing taking an off hand shot. Both of my Gamo Nitro Piston Rifles with 1250 plus FPS rating for PBA rounds seem to like these pellets... Robin Hood would be proud of the groupings... backyard vermin and bullies (Racoons) beware* Edit - Horrible ballistic coefficient of 0.017, so don't expect to humanely shoot targets at longer ranges.

Great pellet for Gamo Magnum!
I switched from Gamo Red Fire to these. They are way better quality, but the best thing is that they are about 50 percent quieter. The Red Fire pellet is too light and cracks the sound barrier. These are nice and heavy, and quiet. Once I got the scope dialed in, consistency at 30 yards was excellent. Only a few deformed skirts compared to the Red Fires, but that could be from shipping mishandling. The tin was dented pretty bad.

A LOT of pellets, super accurate in my pumper.
I've purchased Russian magnums, super penetrators, gold flight penetrators, rabbit magnums, these, and two variations of hollow point in the past few months. These pellets seem to have the most accuracy, 50yds I can knock out the entirety of a soda can as long as I can hold steady. None of them were marred in transport, theyre all perfect. I can about guarantee these are lethal to humans as I can't find anything conventional that actually traps the pellets once they enter, either they go clean through or they bounce off with enough force to still knock someone out, shot a tire swing when sighting the scope, flew back behind me another 20 feet, still at the 50yd line btw. The sound is almost nasty when it hits, but in a good way. Incredible product. 👌👌

Caution! Quantity is 400 rounds per tin not 500!
Used to be 500 rounds per tin, now look closely only 400 rounds per tin and the price has gone up to $19.99. Don't get me wrong I love these pellets the11.57 grains are awesome and shoot exceptionally well in my GAMO Raptor. But the price has gone crazy. November 2023 they were $14.33 per tin for 500 count.

Not good for diana stormrider
Don't work well in a diana stormrider. Made a 2x2 inch group at 15 yards. That being said it comes with plenty in the tin and they seem decently made if not a somewhat weird design. If they happen to work in your rifle In sure they'd be great product.

Yes, yes!
Knocks them squirrels dead! Compared to others I've used over the last 20 yrs, these pellets really sink into trees. Nice and heavy 11.5 gr, not easily deflected by wind, leaves, and VERY accurate. Length and shape makes it easy to reload in a hurry or if in limited vis. You always can feel which is the pointy end when you quickly reach in the can to grab one. Fit and finish is superior; these pellets reek of quality. Come up at least 6 clicks EL from your last (old pellets) zero to get on paper at 50 ft. Will buy these again.
