Red Star Nutritional Yeast VSF Mini Flake 5oz (pack of 2)

I’ve tried liking nutritional yeast in the past, I never did. That all changed when I bought this Red Star brand. I use it on eggs, vegetables, popcorn, meat…..it really does have a nice cheesy taste. I’m so happy I found a healthy alternative to cheese!

I have been buying this for several years now. Used to buy the small bulk bags at my local health foods store, but I was doing an online order and decided to try this. The taste is so much better, I had never tried any other than what I was getting at my local health foods and it was ok but now after having this red star I don't want to buy anything else! I don't use a huge amount of nutritional yeast so this works out for us but I think it would be good if red star had a larger container with a better price point for those who use a lot more.

Nutritional yeast why did I have to live 3 decades before I met you? Great stuff. The longer I use it, the more things I find to add it to.

Most brands of nutritional yeast do not contain B12. Red Star does. Excellent product

This nutritional yeast is tasty. I sprinkle it on many things I fry. It is also nutritional. It gives more flavor to my keto vegetables. I really like this brand.

Great product and deal but seal was broken in one of the bottles and can’t return item. Bummer

My 86 year old mom loves this stuff. She says it is salty and uses it on her potato salad. She talked with her brother in Germany, who is a Doctor, and he recommended the fortified version for the B vitamins. My mom is not on any medication and she walks multiple miles a day. Maybe, I should start taking this. This is her 2nd re-order of a 3 pack.
