Women's Slim Fit Retro Round Neck Sleeveless Vintage Cocktail Dress

I'm usually only a size 14 but - listening to other reviewers advise on sizing - ordered this dress in an XL bc I'm quite big in the boobs department. Was really excited when it came - it's true to the picture, really bright and the pattern is clear and fun. However; it was too small up top. Which was really disappointing. I didn't have time to send it back - it was for an upcoming Christmas party - so I instead made it into a skirt and it looks fab. I also brought a wide petticoat to go under it to give it that lovely 1950's wide skirt look. It looks amazing and I'm soo happy with it! It does look lovely without it but I think the petticoat just adds something extra.If your not overly curvy; I would totally recommend this dress - especially if your looking for something very fun and Christmassy. Love it!!

I ordered the wrong size, L instead of M - my own fault - but the vendors were great and sent me a new one straight away. The correct size (M) fits fine (I'm a UK 10/12), although it's possible I might have got away with an S. I wore the dress, which is white with a butterfly design, for the first time today. I've never had so many compliments on any piece of clothing! It's pretty, flows well, is comfortable and obviously made an impression. I bought it as a summer day dress, but would happily wear it in the evening too. The ONLY reason it's not 5* is that, in keeping with the price, it's not a finely tailored garmet. But I won't hesitate to buy another when the need arises.

What a gem of a party dress this is for its price. It arrived two weeks ahead of expected date given. I am size 12/14 and ordered XL which fits perfectly as if made to measure for me. Needs to be worn with full petticoat to show off its full potential and flare. Incredible to think I'm sorted with perfect Christmas dress which will be worn several times over the holiday season less than £10. Great service, delivery and dress.

Thinner than expected, but better quality fabric than expected - feels almost like cotton. I ordered a small and it fits but is very slightly bigger than expected, but only slightly. I advise wearing an underskirt to make it look and feel fuller; plus it looks great.

I brought this dress to wear in the summer and it is a really nice dress , its good quality and i like the fact it has a zip at the back, i will say im a size 10-12 (more a 12) but i ordered the Large size and im glad i did because it fits perfectly. I recommend this dress and the seller too. Thank you!

For the price you pay, this dress is great value. Fits as expected and looks pretty. Its made of very light fabric but is very comfortable. The pattern is lovely too. I wore it to my Christmas carol service and it was perfect.. It does not look like a cheap dress and I got so many compliments. It beats the Santa hat any day.

This is beautiful and fits really well apart from around the arms. It is very loose there so looks a little odd when worn. It is a thin material, better when it has an underskirt underneath. I need to alter the sleeves. It is still a nice dress, especially for the price.

This sweet dress has received many compliments already. Great value for money. It arrived promptly and the package went through the letterbox. I haven't washed it yet so cannot comment on colour fastness or shrinkage. I am a 10 and the medium size was comfortable and had room for dinner when on me!
