This is my go-to drug store eyeliner. It goes on smooth and stays in place. It also lasts for a surprisingly long time. I only used one the whole last year and I ended up losing it before it was even done.

Shipping came via royal mail with no tracking uploaded and the product came unsealed. With no seal the makeup becomes vunerable to bacterial contamination.
