Disposable Waterproof Camera – A Fun, Rugged Throwback
I picked up this disposable waterproof camera for a beach trip, and it was surprisingly fun to use. It’s definitely a nostalgic throwback to the days before smartphones took over photography. The camera held up well underwater—perfect for shallow snorkeling, pool shots, or just worry-free fun in wet conditions. The image quality isn’t on par with digital cameras, of course—photos came out a bit grainy and washed out in low light—but that’s to be expected. In bright sunlight, especially underwater, the pictures actually turned out better than I anticipated. It has a fixed focus and limited exposures (usually around 27), so you have to be selective, which kind of adds to the charm. The biggest downside is not being able to preview your shots, but that’s also part of the appeal if you’re looking for a bit of surprise and nostalgia. Just make sure to get it developed at a place that still handles film.

Sensational little disposable -- BUY IT!
It's just about the only camera I needed for a vacation to Maui. I hauled along my digital camera, my "real" 35mm camera and a handful of dry-land disposables, and this underwater camera KICKED BUTT as far as quality of shots, quality of hardware, ease of use and general cool/fun vortex rating, plus, it's almost indestructible and weighs next to nothing!YES the prints are a bit "dark" when printed without correction -- so CORRECT them! This is a Fuji-Kodak thing, I think, so ASK your processor to print them a bit lighter. The colors are outrageously rich, even the deeper-underwater shots have very good colors throughout. You have GOT to have one of these on your wrist while you snorkel!Really an excellent little product - the next time I need a dry-land disposable, I'm going to give Fuji a try based on how great this underwater Fuji was to use!

Worked perfect
Got two, one for me and my sister to use on a boating trip. Camera worked perfectly. Only two out of the 27 photos didnt develop, I assume the first and last photo. Worked well under the water, up to 15 feet is as far as I went and the pictures turned out.

Expensive and blurry
I was very surprised to see how expensive these have become. I know they are a bit “novelty” however many children do still use them when they attend school or summer camp events that require no technology. My teen took this to summer camp and unfortunately the quality of the pictures seemed to decline. As a teen I only used disposable cameras and I have better quality photos from then, than this took. Maybe it was the clear waterproof case but the photos were unfortunately not worth this price especially considering the cost to develop the pictures was also expensive. It was waterproof though.

Retro quality, bright light needed
The picture quality wasnt great and it only worked when pictures where taken outside on a bright sunny day. that being said, I think the retro quality of the pictures was fun and I would probably buy again. It was hard to tell if the picture was taken because it didnt make a noticeable “click”. The case was also very difficult to get off for developing but I suppose that is a good thing as far as it being waterproof.

a little disappointed, but have used before. Will keep buying
Water was very clear so I was a bit disappointed in the pictures. They had like a blue halo around them. Some had like a black shadow around whatever I was taking pictures of. Not sure if it was a problem at where I had the photos developed or the camera itself. But I'll keep buying these because they are a great thing to have when you want to take on water pictures. I've used one before and pictures turned out great

Lightweight, airtight, great quality
The media could not be loaded. Comes with 27 film. The directions on the camera aren’t very clear about how to take pictures. I accidentally twisted the knob too many times when trying to figure out how to snap pictures. Make sure to only twist the top green knob lightly until it doesn’t twist any further; you don’t want to twist it until it clicks, that’s how I started wasting film 😅. After learning how to use it correctly, the camera works very simply and convenient for quickly taking photos. I think the price is a little expensive for an underwater disposable camera, but FujiFilm is a brand worth spending the extra buck for. I have yet to witness the picture quality because I have 15 film left, but I will update!
