The springs on this item were too weak to hold up the recessed light fixture. We had to modify the 50-year old tension clip to hold up the light fixture. “They just don’t make things like they used to!”

Makes great jaw hinges for puppets.

Needed a replacement tension bracket after lowering light fixture while changing bulb. Couldn’t find a suitable replacement anywhere except for these. This worked perfect and was actually more heavy duty than the original. Came in a 2 pack so I have an extra if needed. Very happy with purchase. Such a good value.

A clip on the heavy glass lens of a recessed ceiling light in our 63 year old house broke while changing the bulb. Without both clips functioning the lens would not fit snug and securely. This clip worked as a suitable replacement.

It was very hard to find this product anywhere, even Home Depot. I'm glad it was on Amazon for cheap. Used it to replace the broken ones for my shower fan cover. The only issue is that these are so far stretched apart (180 degrees) versus the ones that came with my fan (which are like, maybe, 60 degrees apart?) that it was so hard to do the necessary install. Should have required only one hand, but I needed two for this spring. Wish it was spaced closer together.

Kb homes lost the spring on my recessed light when doing warranty work. Then they said I must have lost it. Just bought it and installed on my own. Worked perfect.

Replaced my bathroom fan’s with led light broken spring clips. Fit perfectly.

These were as promised, but too short for my particular fixture. I made them work because I had to, but I was kicking myself for not ordering the longer ones.
