I bought this tablet for my 9 year old. It's a decent tablet for her. My complaints are,1. It takes forever to charge.2. It loses battery life pretty quick.3. It's slow. Not extremely slow but enough to make you sigh.4. It froze while trying to download fruit ninja, but was able to close the app and re open.It shipped extremely fast, which is awesome!! My kid likes it a lot. It isn't terrible. Just need a little patience with it. We are pretty happy with it though. We aren't ones that just have to have the best, cause we the poor folk

I have ordered a tablet off amazon before but this one was not what was up. It's for my 3 year old son, but youtube didn't even come already installed. I had to install it myself which took some of my memory space. It doesnt hokd a charge for very long. I loved the case it came with though. This is not a choice for an adult though. This tablet is for a child who care less lol.

I bought it for the HDMI port. I tested it out with a downloaded Amazon Prime video and it worked fine. After 1 month, it would not startup. It just cycles between the "android" screen and "optimizing app ## of ##." screen. It cycles thru optimizing the apps, but the next time it optimizes a different total number of apps, and so on. Pressing the hard reset button brings up a diagnostic screen. There are a number of choices and you move the cursor to the next option by "pressing any button" and select with a long press. This device only has one button. The power button. It doesn't move the cursor. It just shuts the device off. I even tried using the recessed reset button to move the cursor. No luck.

Not sure yet as I just got it. However, says it will take 7 days to fully charge the battery. It says to use a cellphone charger which I am. That is crazy long time. Otherwise, everything looks good and is even a bit faster than I thought it would be.

Great value. The added case is a bonus value. A bit slow sometimes but this can be expected due to the size. Battery life is as advertised at 3 hours.

The first one I ordered locked my son out. There is no way to reset it back to factory settings. I was sent a replacement. While that one had the correct cords, the charger one does not work, and does not come with a plug. Glad I have an extra.

Was good while it lasted. Dropped one time on carpet and now it doesn't work

I would be doing things on it and it will keep turning off randomly!!😡 I would also charge it fully and it wouldn't turn on. It not a good product I don't recommend this product.🤬
