Who doesn’t love string cheese? I add these to every grocery order. They taste great, not too expensive, individually packaged. Always happy with these!

I purchased these specifically to make homemade mozz sticks as I was pretty unhappy with some of the frozen products out there. These turned out great. Will share recipe. Put how many sticks you want in a batch in the freezer. I would say at least overnight but it can go longer w/o harm. Mozz freezes well. When you are ready to make, take out and peel from pkg to "sweat" a little. This will help the starch to stick. Use corn starch or flour or mix of both. Beat one egg per 2 sticks you are making (a lot will get soaked up in double dipping). After shaking/coating in starch, dip in egg, then into breadcrumbs (I used a combo of panko/bread crumbs). Use a seasoned product if you wish. Then repeat with egg wash and another coating. Back to freezer for just a few while you clean up and heat your oil. I used a combo of light olive oil and veggie oil. Do just a few sticks at a time. Rest on paper towels for a few an enjoy. With the second half of pkg I will experiment with an air fryer version.

I thinks this string cheese has more flavor than others I bought over the (many) years. It has nice creaminess to it as well. The value is good.As with a great deal of the 365 by Whole Food's items I have tried, I'm finding this better, so much better than even some of my 'ride or die' brands.Give it a try - you may just be surprised.
