'Coolest', most useful med product ever!
I've been waiting for this very useful and effective med product for a very long time. Rather than counting on a doctor's visit every time you need a skin tag removed, you can easily and safely do the same removal process at home - and I can tell you that it works well. I've been able to get rid of 2 larger tags within the first 3 weeks after this product landed! If the rating could go beyond five stars, I would rate it even higher.A couple observations of the product since I'm being honest here on the review.-First of all, it takes two (2) 'puffs' per skin tag: one initial 'load' or charge to chill the tips prior to pinching the tag the first time, and then a second 'load' prior to gently pinching the same tag a second time. This means that you can only get rid of ~15 tags per bottle or container, so keep that in mind when counting on overall usage of the product cycles.-Secondly, ensure that you press the applicator container down evenly in the mount on a flat surface when charging (chilling) the tips so they are dark blue on each side of the dual tips. This ensures that the tag will be cooled evenly on both sides when you apply the 'charged \ chilled' tips. Watch the tag after you've applied the cool tips to ensure it is frosted on both sides as this is a positive sign that the application of the charged tips was successful.-And finally, make sure that small, rounded foam pieces in the ends of both sides of the pincer tips remains in place as they have a habit of sometimes coming out of the pincer end holes after they have been charged or cooled. You'll need to use a pair of tweezers to push the foam back into place in its location in the end tip, and then you'll have to re-charge the tips again before applying to the skin tag.Good health to you, and may all your skin tags be gone soon!!

Follow Instructions and Trust the Process!!
I have to admit, I was a little nervous to do this. I'm glad I overcame my apprehension because now I'm successfully one skin tag down and the second one in progress! You have to be very careful to follow the instructions correctly. You have to pump the nitrogen TWICE for the first 30 second hold, to make sure that applicator is cold enough to do the job. One pump is fine for the second 30 second hold. If your tag doesn't turn white all the way to the root, it wasn't an effective treatment! Also, be careful to grab the tag low enough that the cold can travel all the way down to the roots. Admittedly this is tricky due to the clunky plastic tweezer mechanism, but turning the device sideways instead of coming straight on can help. I saw a lot of people complain that the nitrogen touched their skin and burned them a little. I circumnavigated this by applying band-aids to the surrounding area as a protective barrier.Anyway, about an hour after the treatment, the tag ballooned to twice it's size in what looked like a puss bubble. This kind of freaked me out because the instructions made no mention of this. However, when I woke up the next morning, the tag looked completely normal again. I thought maybe the treatment didn't work. However, over the next couple weeks, I noticed the tag slowly going necrotic from the tip down to the roots. One day about 3 weeks later, it fell off while I was scrubbing myself in the shower. Now there is just the slightest bit of discoloration where the tag was, but that is fading away over time. I have a health condition that causes my body's natural healing process to be slower than normal, so I wasn't surprised this whole process took longer than advertised for me.This works. You just need to follow the directions to the letter, and TRUST THE PROCESS. Don't write a bad review if you don't see it falling off in the first few days. Everybody's body is different.

Don't waste you money
If you have a skin tag and don't feel like going to the doctors or simply don't want to spend the money this freezing I found just caused some pain and irritation. Maybe this would work on tiny skin tags but I found it did nothing but irritate it. I ended up using string...it was literally free and only took several days.Update...since it did not work I was issued a full refund, and it was not requested and I was not asked to write anything about this...I just though this was important when choosing a product and that the people selling it stand behind what they sell.

IT really worked. Fully Satisfied
It's really good and worked for me. I have tried multiple useless things bought on Amazon based on reviews; they didn't work. But this product is really good and worked for me. almost 7 days after applying. Only once do we need to apply in the correct format as suggested by the brand. Within 1-2 days, we can see changes. Don't waste time and money on useless items. This one really worked.

Works!
I was looking for something that removes tags hoping I could just get a topical solution instead of a freezing product however while going thru other products seen a review that said this product was the one to do the trick. So I decided to try it. It is cold if you put to close to the skin the tag is hanging from but it is not freezing like frost bite. And it’s just a cold feeling not to bad at all what I thought. I did it once a day for a week straight following directions and the tag just came off! So easy!
