Very useful
My partner was beginning to struggle with a standard kettle, due to arthritis, and I was concerned that a serious accident wasn't far away. The Uccello kettle has helped to address these concerns, no end. It's easy to set up, and then just fill with cold water from a jug. When the kettle has boiled, simply position a cup or mug in front of it, and tip the cradle to pour. No worries of dropping it.All looks sturdy enough to me. We have been using it for several weeks now, and all is fine.

Great idea but had 2 faulty kettles now
It's difficult to give a star rating for this as the kettle itself is a wonderful idea and, whilst working, was very useful for my grandma who has limited mobility. However, I have now ordered two of these and had to return them both as they had the same fault. After about 6 months of being used daily, the switch stopped working and I suspect the thermostat was faulty.I have reluctantly given up with these now and have ordered a tipping unit for ordinary kettles.

Quite large
I thought this a really good kettle for someone with limited strength in their hands. However my 95 year old mother doesnt like it and says its too big. It has been put in cupboard as it wont be long before she wont be able to lift a normal kettle and this in my opinion is perfect. It maybe quite tall because of the cradle but can be filled with a jug and then tipped to pour although you need to gauge where to put the cup. Much safer for the elderly if only my mother wasn't so stubborn.

Faulty switch. Bad customer support.
6 months down the line the on/off switch has now stopped working and causes the electric trip switch panel the trip on our main electric box. Contacted the company but they have yet to respond. Not good for something that was bought 6 months ago.

Great product
Wow a must for anybody with hand/arm issues! Very sturdy plastic so easy to use just have to judge where to place cup before tilting!! Thought even though well made over priced for plastic! But a life saver for those who need this aid! Also for the makers the water filling window is at the front when I think there should be windows either side instead.

Modern mobility aide
After a long search I found the closest thing to a modern mobility kettle I could find I have trouble with my hands being in pain and weak so lifting and pouring had become too difficult so I found this kettle it is brilliant fit for purpose with out looking like a mobility aide on my counter top... all that aside it’s a lot plasticky if that is a word it would be fantastic if it was the same materials as everyday kettles especially the base but overall it’s great.

Great product
Mother liked this product it helps her disability in her wrist.. If it came with jug to fill it rather than lifting it out to fill with water it would have been perfect..

My favourite kettle.
Excellent product, I love it...it is such a great help for my hand.. I have arthritis in my hand and found pouring water from my other kettle a chore.?..this kettle make,s if so much better and less painful for me. Can't rate it enough...if any one is in doubt about buying one...I say go for it and u will not b dissapointed.
