This six pack whey is a good absorbing whey protein i take it after my workouts. The good thing is it gives you 25gms of highest protein in 1 scoop and it also contains rich BCAA's and good muscle recovery and for better figestion of this protein there are digestive enzymes in it . All the protein, with NONE of the junk.
This brand has been recommended by my gym mates a lot, so I bought it for my lean muscle program. While keeping total calories and fat grams down to build lean body and not get too much fat, the flavour choco-delight is amazing!
