Adam's Reserve NY Extra Sharp White Cheddar (10 Ounces)

I read some of the reviews and was eager on trying this cheese. This the best or one of the best tasting Extra Sharp White Cheddar cheese I have ever tried. It is smooth and creamy and had with with crackers and even ate it by itself that is how great the taste is. I will be purchasing this again and the price is also good.

—This cheese, in my opinion and experience with other extra sharp cheeses, is a disappointment. This extra sharp cheese had very little if any aroma and less distinctive taste. To call this cheese “extra sharp” is a real stretch.—When I unpacked the cheese I was extremely impressed with the packaging: a cardboard box inside of which was another closed box of styrofoam inside of which was the product nestled in plastic frozen, cold pack bags—very impressive and no doubt expensive packing. The cheese did not measure up to the packaging.—However, I was so impressed with the care of the packaging, that I placed an order for Roquefort cheese before actually trying the cheddar cheese that I had ordered. I’m hoping the Roquefort will be more satisfactory.

As I said before I love cheese and will be telling all my friends and family about it Keep up the good work.
